An automatic localization system for faulty electronic components on printed circuit boards with the ability to detect counterfeit, re-labeled or damaged components in BGA enclosures.
The system combines an automatic contact recognition system for optical components and a flying probe for conducting electrical tests by a safe method of analyzing analog signatures. All you need to find faults on the test board or chip is the removed volt–ampere characteristics (signatures) of the reference board or chip and our EyePoint P10b system. You will get a high-quality result in a matter of minutes.
